Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been a director, actress, producer, playwright as well as an educator at St. Thomas University. Anna Silk's father is British, as is her mother is is a Turkish Cypriot English expat. Her mother was always watching her work at play rehearsals. In her early years, Anna appeared in several commercials. In November 1999, Anna moved to Toronto for the purpose of advancing her acting career. She ended up shifting to Los Angeles, California, during the decade that followed. She was introduced to Seth Cooperman in 2007 at an actors' training located in Los Angeles, and they became engaged in 2009. Anna has recently converted to Judaism and the couple married in Fredericton. Bo and Lauren's romance (played Zoie Palmer by Bo) appears on CNN's all-time favorite TV couple list.
