His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. Donaldson began uploading videos on YouTube in early 2012 at 13 years old under the username "MrBeast6000"; his early content included everything from "Let's Plays to "videos that estimated the wealth of other YouTubers." The YouTuber became famous in 2017 when his "Counting to 100,000" video received tens of thousands of views in just days. Donaldson has enlisted a number of childhood friends to assist him in managing the expanding brand once it was launched. MrBeast is Donaldson's main YouTube channel. The channel reached 100,000,000 users on July 28, 2022.
